Fees and Cancellations

Payment is due in full at the time of service and can be made by cash or card. Payments are not refundable.

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours is required in the case of cancellation or rescheduling. I appreciate that, at times, you may be unable to attend at late notice, but I reserve the right to invoice the full fee for the session.

Healy

Every Healy has the Chronic Pain microcurrent application included. In Europe Healy, is a medical device for the treatment of pain in chronic pain, fibromyalgia, skeletal pain and migraine, as well as for the supportive treatment of mental illnesses such as depression, anxiety and related sleep disorders. All other applications of Healy are not recognized by conventional medicine due to lack of evidence in the sense of conventional medicine. Always use your Healy in accordance with its Instructions for Use.

Healy Watch is intended to support vitality and wellbeing and is not a substitute for medical advice, which can only be provided by a medical professional. The physiological measurements displayed on the Healy Watch and in the Healy Watch App are designed to help you develop healthier habits and meet your fitness and wellness goals, to guide you in using the programs available in your Healy, and to alert you to information that may make a consultation with a healthcare provider appropriate. The Healy Individualized Microcurrent Frequency programs are intended solely for harmonization of the Bioenergetic Field. No claims are made that Healy Watch or Healy Watch App readings are diagnostic of the presence or absence of any medical conditions.

If you cancel this purchase contract, we must immediately refund you all payments that we have received from you, including for delivery charges (except for additional costs incurred by choosing a delivery method other than the standard, most economic delivery method offered by us), within fourteen days of us receiving your statement indicating your cancellation of this purchase contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless we have explicitly arranged something else with you; in no case will you be charged extra for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, depending which comes earlier.
