My approach is not about simply treating the symptom, it’s about understanding the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping you in the loop. Every person is different , which is why I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. I take the time to understand your story, your goals, and what you would like to change.
Using a combination of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy, I help you create awareness, shift unhelpful patterns, and move towards lasting change in a way that feels natural and personal. You remain fully involved throughout the process. My role is to guide, support, and help you discover new possibilities for change.

Everyone is different. The number of sessions depends on what you would like to change and how long the pattern has been there. My focus is on meaningful, lasting change rather than simply managing symptoms.
